This is the story of Buck, a wonderful, big dog.  One day someone takes him from his home in sunny California to the very cold Klondike and he must work.  Life is now very difficult and Buck ,ust leaen how to survive.

 Do you know the Klondike Gold Rush?
Men found a yellow metal called gold in the klondike. They needed big, strong dogs to work in the north. Of course, Buck was a dog, so he didn't read the newspapers and know that there was trouble for big,strong dogs!  One day, he was suddenly abducted by someone to pull a sled. He had no choice but adopting new life and learning how to survive. Since then, he became like a devil!  He killed many, many, many animals, including huskies and wolves. Do you think he was a bad dog?  No!!  Who changed him into such a dangerous animal was humans! And, who taught him to love someone was a human! This is his life. But then, life is so ironic, isn't it?
